Installation in Thailand
Kinsei Sangyo carries out construction in cooperation with Thai staff. An incinerator made in Japan was brought in and assembled at Chiang Mai University.
-
Training
We trained them at the Kinsei Sangyo in Japan. We had them thoroughly learn how to use the incinerator correctly by actually driving the test machine.
-
Input of medical waste
The container is not damaged and is safe because no pretreatment such as crushing is required.
The input volume is 20㎥. They are able to safely dispose of large amounts of medical waste.
-
Start of test run
We started a test run of GB-20-2100.
We made Thai staff learn how to operate and maintain.
-
Analysis
We analyzed exhaust gas, ash, etc. We thoroughly checked the safety by repeating driving and analysis.
-
Handing over
We have finished all the confirmations and handed them over.
GB is an automatic operation, so it can be operated only by Thai staff.
In addition, Kinsei's partner company, "JT Engineering" in Thailand, supports the subsequent management.
